The Touchstone Institute (the non-profit corporation responsible for the program delivery of the Practice Ready Ontario, among other things) has released a call for applicants that are physicians, health professionals and other professionals to serve on various committees.
- The PRO Assessment Committee will review assessment forms after the PRO field assessment. This committee has strict requirements for applicants to have been practicing physicians in Canada for at least five years.
- The PRO Appeals Committee will review applicants’ appeals and is open to practicing physicians or other professionals.
- Future advisory and governance committees—The candidates who respond to this open call for applicants will also be used as a selection pool for future advisory and governance committees.
